While attending Life University, Dr. Hans ran his own personal training business, "Fit for Life". His experience as a competitive bodybuilder throughout the years, gave him the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully run his own personal training business. Throughout the years Dr. Hans has won or placed in more than 20 bodybuilding shows throughout the country including the Mr. Florida, Mr. Eastern America, The New York State Gold Cup and a national championship.
Being a competitive bodybuilder taught me a lot about diet, exercise and discipline, which I've been able to carry over into other areas of my life. Now, I'm able to take everything that I've learned throughout my years as a competitive bodybuilder, and tie it in with what I'm doing today.
Dr Joe is also a member of several local, state and national organizations within the chiropractor profession including the Georgia Chiropractic Association and The Foundation for Wellness Professionals. "The Foundation For Wellness Professionals", is a non-profit organization made up of Healthcare professionals who devote their time to speak on health related topics. They also perform Wellness Days, do blood pressure checks, spinal screenings and deliver educational workshops at no charge to small to large businesses in the area on health-related topics. FWP members are in great demand to speak at corporations, women’s associations, bookstores, health food stores and fitness centers.
All seminars and workshops emphasize preventative care as the key to good health. Workshops and seminars vary in length from 30 minutes to one hour. Audience participation is strongly recommended when possible and those who attend always leave with practical information they can put to use to improve their lives.
