Throughout the years Dr. Hans has competed and won or placed in over 25 local, state and national level bodybuilding competitions. He placed 2nd overall in the Florida bodybuilding Championships in 1984. The following year he moved to New York and won the NGA national bodybuilding championships. While attending Life University Dr. Hans worked as a personal trainer and developed exercise programs and counseled clients on nutrition and weight loss. Today, he develops treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises to help strengthen weak or injured muscles.
