Mayo Clinic pilot study — American Academy of Pain Management (2007)

In a multi-center phase-II pilot study of patients with an average 10-year history of chronic low-back pain, researchers reported roughly 50% pain reduction after two weeks and an 88.9% success rate at the end of the six-week program.

European Musculoskeletal Review — case study

A 69-year-old man with severe low-back pain radiating into the legs completed 22 sessions over seven weeks; his reported pain fell from 10/10 to 1/10, and a follow-up MRI at four months showed reduced disc herniation and improved disc height.
